Zyvent LC Tablet is a combination of two medicines. It contains two main components Montelukast and Levocetirizine. They belong to a class of anti-allergic medicines. 

Zyvent LC tablet is used for relieving the symptoms of allergic rhinitis (runny & stuffed nose, blockage in airways, sneezing, itching, watery eyes and other allergic symptoms). 

Zyvent LC works by blocking the production of chemicals responsible for causing the allergy. It is advisable to take Zyvent LC Tablet, preferably at bedtime, as it may cause dizziness.

You should keep taking this medicine for as long as your doctor recommends. If you stop treatment too early your symptoms may come back and your condition may worsen. Let your healthcare team know about all other medications you are taking as some may affect, or be affected by this medicine. Esomeprazole 40 mg + Domperidone 30 mg SR Capsules

• SOMGI D 40 Capsule is an anti-reflux medicine that is a combination of two drugs - Esomeprazole and Domperidone. It is used to treat gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), which does not respond to esomeprazole medication alone. 
• GERD is a condition in which acid from the stomach comes back up to the food pipe and causes heartburn, belching, nausea, and chest pain. It works by decreasing the amount of acid produced in the stomach and improves mortality in the gut. Thus, it reduces the backflow of stomach content to the food pipe. 
• Take this medicine as per the prescribed duration. It should preferably be taken at least an hour before the meal. Do not stop taking this medicine without informing your doctor.

Etoricoxib 60mg + Thiocolchicoside 4mg Tablets

Etaux MR Tablet contains a combination of two medicines, Etoricoxib and Thiocolchicoside. Etoricoxib belongs to a class of medicines known as NSAIDs (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs), while Thiocolchicoside acts as a muscle relaxant. Etaux MR works by blocking the inflammatory effects of the chemicals and also blocks the signal transmission in the brain and spinal cord and relaxes the contracted muscles. You can take Etaux MR tablet with or without food. Etaux MR Tablet is used to treat pain, swelling and inflammation caused due to muscle spasm which occurs in different conditions like low back pain, contraction of the muscles of the neck, muscle weakness conditions due to trauma, brain, and spinal cord problems. Etoricoxib belongs to a class of medicines known as NSAIDs (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs).

Etoricoxib is a new COX-2 selective inhibitor.

Etoricoxib selectively inhibits isoform 2 of cyclo-oxygenase enzyme (COX-2) to reduce the generation of prostaglandins (PGs) from arachidonic acid.

It is approved in more than 60 countries worldwide for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, chronic low back pain, acute pain, and gout.
